Shipping methods: UPS and USPS.
Items are shipped within 3 days of receiving payment, even though I try to ship same day, if possible.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Please contact me as soon as you receive the artwork regarding any problems. I want you to enjoy the artwork and also have an enjoyable experience purchasing it, so please let me know if there is a problem or misunderstanding prior to leaving feedback.
If you want to return a purchased item I will refund your payment minus the shipping and handling costs or as agreed in a conversation, depending on the situation.
