International orders

For any international orders, including the subscription kit and digital downloads, please visit my Etsy shop, where I can process all international orders. Thank you!

How do I subscribe for the monthly kit?

The new subscription feature is available under the SUBSCRIPTION tab or under Kits and Devotionals in the shop.

How does the subscription work?

How does the billing work?
You will be billed via the payment option of your choice when you first check out, monthly, for a minimum of 3 months, afterwards until you cancel.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Within your account, you have a 'Manage Subscription" option where you can cancel your subscription.

Can I skip a month?
The current setup does not allow skipping months, although you can cancel your subscription.

Can I return my order?
All sales are final. Detailed descriptions are provided for each product, therefore please review with care your purchase. Also Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature.
If the order arrived damaged please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Please included photos of the damaged packaging and items. If items are still available a replacement will be sent ASAP, if not a store credit will be issued.
An order is considered lost if it has not been received within 20 days. Tracking provided with all orders. If you haven't received your order please contact us.

My order is missing an item
If your order is missing an item or has the wrong item let us know as soon as possible and a replacement will be sent out ASAP or a store credit, if the item is not available any longer.
