The 10th issue of the Take 4 series "HOLY WEEK" focuses on the events of the Holy Week, starting with the Saturday before Palm Sunday up to Easter Sunday, including the Road to Emmaus account. The devotional for each of the 10 days is presented in a newsprint style with resounding headlines of the amazing events which are truly newsworthy.
The artwork for this devotional has a simple but solemn style, echoing the weight of the events. Some of the illustrations are simple black and white silhouettes but we also have beautiful botanicals: palm branches and spikenard flowers. The devotional booklet does not have room for journaling due to the large devotional content. There is a 10 day structure for this issue.
