A beautiful and inspirational illustrated large card set for Advent. The cards are from the "Born in my heart" series Advent meditations.
The cards focus visually and conceptually on John 1. In the beginning of John 1 we find summed up in such a powerful and poetic way the mystery of the incarnation of the Uncontainable. In such clarity we receive a concise version of salvation. Simple and deep, It is truly beautiful to meditate on these short verses, isolating key words that carry such deep meanings. Along with the main verse from John 1 there is listed another verse that explains further the initial verse - explaining scripture with scripture - a beautiful way to dig deeper.
The cards come in a clear plastic jewel case which serves as a desktop display as well.
These cards are great for journaling, giving (comes ready to be gifted!) meditating upon. Perfect to use as an Advent calendar as well.
